WHERE AS:  The above company referred as Developer and  East West Developments (EWD) referred as Agent is a real estate marketing company with offices, representatives and properties around the World, and is marketing real estates worldwide through real estate agents and private individuals.

Please market our properties under your multi streams of property promotion. Attached are the details of the properties.The properties and other business deals available for marketing are also posted on the above developer’s website.

Object of the Agreement: Sale of the Developer’s Real Estates by the agent on commission. On each successful sale

The best for the Agent would be to  study all the info, get any clarifications if needed, and then to copy, paste, print and publish the info and details on their website, and then start and promote to their friends, customers, and client base and thru their web site. Agent may use any marketing method under their multi streams of marketing, such as Advertising, Board, Display, Booths at Property shows, Thru the Internet, Website,  Listing on Property websites, blogs, Emailing etc. The Agent will market the properties professionally at all times.

Both parties agree to be bound by all the above terms and conditions.
