MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:      We have checked hundreds of Business Opportunities where a new partner joins or purchases an existing business. And have never seen such a guarantee. Either partner can dissolve this partnership and the joining partner can get 100% of his money back within 1 year. However such a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE has its plus points and drawbacks. Escrow Account  This business is generating a lot of cash. And we have no need of your money. But the joining partner cannot purchase a business, or a share in any business without money. And as such he has to come up with this amount.   For safety of the joining partner, this amount instead of giving it to us, it can be placed in an ESCROW ACCOUNT. However such an ESCROW ACCOUNT has its plus points and drawbacks also. More is explained below, and  can further be discussed and explained to you during a personal meeting.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:  (To have or not have)

No payouts or Salary will be given to the joining partner as long as the Money Back Guarantee is in force. All payouts will be retained and kept by the exiting owners. Salary may be given initially, if the partner is actively taking responsibilities for the company. However if the partner makes use of the Money Back Guarantee and drops out, then all the salary paid will be adjusted in his refund back amount.

Plus point: If the sales are slow and not upto satisfaction, say only a collection of 1 mil. In 1 year, then it gives an exit point to the joining partner without suffering any monetary loss. The only loss is the time and interest.

Drawback:  If the sales are high, say 50 mil. in 1 year, then there is risk of being kicked out also. Most probably we may not do that, but the option is always there.  To cancel the Money back guarantee once put on, by the joining partner, or on its expiry will hit the partner an additional 45% from his payout income (45% of his initial joining amount). That means it is costing the joining partner 45% more for becoming a partner. However this extra 45% the joining partner does not have to pay from his pocket. This money will be taken from the payout payments to the partner once they start. Joining partner payment payouts will start only after release of the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. First the extra 45% will be recovered and then only the partner will start getting payout payments in his pocket.  It is a question of Risk & Reward. As they say in the Securities Industry "The less the risk, the less the Reward". Safety has its limitations on the Returns received. This step is taken as the joining partner is really not a part of the company yet, as long as the Money Back Guarantee is in force, and also as the company shares are likely to be more than double in value after 1 year.

ESCROW ACCOUNT:  (To have or not have)

No payouts or Salary will be given to the joining partner as long as the Escrow Account is in force. All payouts will be retained and kept by the exiting owners. Salary may be withheld initially, if the partner is actively taking responsibilities for the company, and released only when the partner becomes a permanent partner on close of the Escrow Account.

Plus point: Money is safe in a third party escrow account earning interest for the partner and in case of partner dissolution, can be easily taken back by you.

Drawback:  No payout or salary will be given to the joining partner as long as the Escrow Account is in force.   That means no free salary or payouts. Joining partner salary and payout will start only after release of escrow funds. To cancel the Escrow Account once put on, by the joining partner, or on its expiry will hit the partner an additional 90% from his payout income (90% of his initial joining amount). That means it is costing the joining partner 90% more for becoming a partner. However this extra 90% the joining partner does not have to pay from his pocket. This money will be taken from the payout payments to the partner once they start. Joining partner payment payouts will start only after release of the ESCROW & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. First the extra 90% will be recovered and then only the partner will start getting payout payments in his pocket.  There is a phrase for this. "There is no Free Lunch".  This step is taken as the joining partner is really not a part of the company yet, as long as the Escrow Account is in force, and also as the company shares are likely to be more than double in value after 1 year.

The above are for existing locations . In some locations worldwide, the construction costs may vary a little bit.

 

 

1.  Extra revenue from overbooking upto 50%.

2.  Extra revenue from Interest received on Investor deposits.

3.  Extra revenue. 5 years is a long time. Circumstances change during that period. ( Financial, death, Paper losses, Forgetfulness, Abandonment, Travel during that time). Statistics show that 30% of the buyers are not be able to close their purchases and forfeit their deposits. That is extra revenue in our pocket.

4.  Extra revenue on listing new projects in our pipeline.

Additional Lifelong Income:  On completion, when the properties are operational, the Management will receive 15% as their management fees on all the operational collection and sales from the condos, parking, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, party rooms, operation theaters, retail shops, leases, rentals, etc. This is projected to bring an additional $20 million per year. This is running income.

Annual Salary of a full 50% Partner is US$1,000,000.00, or as mutually decided.  Pro-rata salary for smaller shares.
