We have not officially started marketing the projects thru the website yet. However as the website is live on the Internet, we do get some enquiries. We short-list couple of enquiries per day and send them the info during this test marketing stage. This is done to prepare us to be ready for the big launch. You may have been selected to receive the info. To other enquiries we politely inform them about our testing, and tell them to wait, and that we will offer our services and properties after the big launch. And at that time we will contact them again.

The prices of our properties are likely to be double at the time of our big launch, next year. Successful projects and good pre-construction projects easily sell out long before the completion date. We hope to do this. We plan marketing these projects from mid 2013. The big launch is in September 2013, and hope to sell out within 4 months of the launch. Right now these properties are only available to family, relatives, staff, members, associates of East West Developments, and  close friends. However if you have been selected in the trial and selected to receive the info and marketing support, we will honor any reservations or purchases that you may decide to make, at these low discounted prices.

At present, we are working to list our properties on more International Property Websites. We are adding new features to safeguard the Investor every month. Our goal is to see the Investor happy. To present to the Investor properties that are completely safe. To assure that when the Investor invests, that their invested money is completely safe, and that the Investor can get high returns when they invest in our recommended properties and projects.
