I have a business directory. http://www.millionads.org/dc  All listing are posted and published Free on my website. I need to populate my directory with Listings. And to make the posting task easy for the Listing Posters.

I need various Add On Tools.  These can be stand alone items on my computer or can be on my website. Whichever is feasible.  If you cannot do all the items. Then please bid for the ones you can do. Details as below:

1.  Website URL Thumbnail auto generator. Need for unlimited use. On some sites I have seen auto generated Thumbnails of the website image. See sample  http://searchsight.com/search.htm?search=realestate   Do a google search for WEBSITE THUMBNAIL GENERATOR.  This Tools uto generates the website thumbnail from the website URL. This feature can be placed on my website. The website URL is present in all my listing.  And this Tool by default will auto display the thumbnail image of the website also.
OR if this Tool is placed on my computer. Then it will need some automation. On a excel spreadsheet, I will paste all the URLs in one column, and on clicking submit, this Tool will put the all the image urls in the next column. So I may bulk upload all the excel data into my ad posting form link: http://millionads.org/dc/agentpost.php  for posting and publishing on my website.

2. Website TITLE and DESCRIPTION auto generator.  Need for unlimited use. Please do a google search. This Tool auto generates the website TITLE and DESCRIPTION from the website URL. This feature can be placed on my website. The website URL is present in all my listing.  And this Toolt by default will auto display the TITLE and DESCRIPTION of the website also.

3. Bulk uploader.  This is actually a stand alone feature. For Bulk uploading of postings. This uplaods and inputs data from an excel to my Posting form link: http://millionads.org/dc/agentpost.php and auto publishes it.

4.  Email Management and AutoResponder. This should be capable of sending  over 100,000 emails daily. I have over a million listings on my site database with their emails. And weekly listing performance statistics reports have to be sent to each of them.

5. Need Business Email lists with web site URL. Some one who has Business Data lists, Business Directories,  Website Owners list, List of Advertisers, Link directories, White pages, Yellow Pages, List of businesses, Importers, exporters, Agents etc.

Regarding payment. Amount can be deposited in escrow for payment. Kindly send your best bids for each item. 

 Please send if you have other suggestions how to best achieve the above bulk listing results.  I am open to suggestions.
