Need Business Email lists with
web site URL.
This is not a software issue. This is
simple purchase of lists. From some one
who has Business Data lists,
Business
Directories, Website Owners list, List
of Advertisers, Link directories,
White
pages, Yellow Pages, List of businesses,
Importers, exporters, Agents etc.
My requirement is lists of Businesses by trade / category from
all over the World. The lists must have the required 2 fields:
their email addresses and their website url. Other
fields like, name, addresss, phone, etc are not required by me.

Email
Management and AutoResponder:
This job is for an
Email Guru. I have a business
directory.

published Free on my website. And
all the listings are linked /
married to their email addresses,
which are saved in my website
database I already have the
email management and
autoresponder on my site. It is
already sending personalized
emails as each Listing is posted,
or as each message is received on
each listing.. And it is working
fine. Emails are received and
sent via
[email protected]
But presently my site is not
active. Hence the volume is very
low. And i plan to add one
million listings within the next
2 months, And then the volume
will be very high. And I am
preparing so that my List
Management and AutoResponder /
Email sending system will be
capable of handling this large
volume.
Your job will be to update my
List Management and AutoResponder
system as below:
Must be fully CAN-SPAM complaint,
and abide by all email best
practices including Unsubscribe
link,
viewing sent emails etc.
And avoid black listing.
I need someone with the technical
expertise to place my email into
'in boxes' and not spam. If
possible provide detailed reports
of open's/reads/click throughs.
Also
the email data on my live server
is constantly changing as new
members enroll , approx 30,000
daily. And old members are
deleted, approx 10000 daily.
My requirement is easy seamless
operation.
Or I
may prefer this
setup on my site itself.
Can you give a demo integrated
with my live server data.
2a) List management must keep my list
clean and detete all duplicate and wrong emails. And
delete all 2 times bounce emails etc.
from the database. (If the email
is deleted then their listings is
also deleted.)
2b) Auto Responder, Email
sending system:
In continuous rotation, an email is sent to all emails in our
database, giving personalized performance reports of the listing
to the Listing owners. Timed so that each owner gets only one
email per week. When I have one million listings on my site that
would require sending over 4000-5000 emails per hour (an auto email with
personalized link sent every 1 second.). I am ready to go for
a VPS or dedicated server that will allow sending over 5000
emails per hour.
3.
Auto Posting one million
listings on my business directory. This is not an Email
job, but i have listed here , as this job requirement will also
be available soon. This is an easy auto data entry job. I will
provide all the listing data, the email id, website url,
and category etc in excel files. And the
auto system for posting. Your job will be to
import it via our auto bulk uploader for auto publishing them on
the site. All the functions are done fully automatically for
posting. My requirement is posting 20,000 listings per day.
And complete one million postings within 2 months.
The purpose of the above
services is to make an easy email sending system.
Please send if you have other suggestions
how to best achieve the above results.
