Agents are very important to
EWD. However everyone cannot become an Agent.
EWD registered Agents get massive
10%
as commissions. Highest in the industry. You can get commissions using
any of the 3 below options: These rules are placed to help the Agents make Sales. And restrict Buyers from misusing the Agent Status for their
benefits.
1. New Agents: Must first sell or buy one
condo them selves to be eligible for commissions. No commission on this first
sale. After that Agent gets commission on all sales Condos

2. Experienced Agents: Kindly send us the
copy of your Realestate Agent Registration, or your Agent Appointment Letters
from other reputable developers for us to review. EWD will
consider and do their best to approve you as our Agent and be eligible for the
commissions.
3. Website owners & Marketers: By placing our
link on your website or in your emails etc.
This link will contain your unique ID code, and each
time someone clicks on your link and makes an EWD purchase or
sale, you'll earn the commission. NOTE:
Once your visitors click on your Agent link, and comes to our
EWD website we will track them for one
year and anytime they generate a sale or purchase, you'll earn the
commission.
Self-sales to Agent themselves is allowed. However no
commission is paid on the first Condo sale. After that Agent gets commission on all sales.
EWD has many opportunities; And can help the Agent in
many fields. As our registered Agent, the Agent can have multi streams of
income. As defined below in #1, to #5 :

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Commissions:
Agent
get commissions on the actual money
that is either received or paid by EWD.
EWD receives money-in
on Property sales and on sales of EWD Partnerships. And EWD pays money-out on
Property or land purchases or JV deals with landowners. This
is a commissions only Program.
No other expenses are paid.

Agent
commissions are not applicable on Buyer 20% Off sales.
EWD can give to only one, either commission to
Agent or discount to
buyer.

PAYOUT
METHOD:
All
Commissions
become
payable within 15 days of the payment
date. Agent may request a
payment anytime THEY have a balance of $100 or more for payment. By sending a

#4. A transaction fee of $3 is charged everytime a
payment is sent to the Agent..

Payments can be made by PAYPAL Or by creditcard or by Check.. Paypal, creditcard
or Bank fees will be borne by you.
Object of the Agent
realatioship:
Sale of the Developer’s Real Estates, and other services by the agent, without
there existing a labor relation of any type between the two parties.

As mentioned earlier Agents
are very important to EWD. EWD needs the full services, help
and support of our agents. The Agent commissions are assured and factored in all
EWD deal finalization prices.
The Agent will
be kept in the loop of all correspondence, negotiations and meetings and his
full help & advice is needed for successfully closing each deal.
Reporting:
The developer undertakes
to report to the Agent the progress of each lead supplied as
it progresses.
All payments
from buyers or clients for our business and properties must be made in the name
of EAST WEST DEVELOPMENTS only, and paid to our Paypal account via the
reservation forms page.

payments directly in his name or in his company name for our properties and
business deals.
The agent has no authority, without written permission to enter
into separate Agreements or legal
commitments on behalf of the EWD
directly with any client or parties.
Commissions adjustment in
case of Cancellations & Refunds:
Sometimes the Sale/Purchase is cancelled and the
money is refunded back.
If that
deal is thru an Agent. Then the Agent commissions on that particular deal are
also cancelled, and the Agent will refund back to the EWD or to
his client any commissions received in that respect. It is projected that such refunds and
cancellations are likely to be less than 1-2%.
Promotion:
For promoting and selling the developer properties and business, the Agents will
have to do so at their own costs, and will need to find their customer base
themself. All our properties and business sale info is on the website. The best
for the Agent would be to copy and paste or print the key pages, study all the
info, get any clarifications if needed and then start and promote to his
friends, customers, and client base or by developing his own web site.
Agent may use any marketing methods, such as
Advertising, Board, Display, Booths
at Property shows, Thru the Internet, Listing on Property websites, blogs, twitter,
facebook, social websites,
Chatting, sending emails etc.
Commission earnings of over US$ One million per year are
achievable. EWD can also teach the Agent to easily bring in good results.
The Agent will market the properties professionally at all times and will notify
EWD of any advance changes applicable to the sale.
Duration of the
Agreement:
The present contract will be
effective from the date of signature to this agreement and shall have a duration
of 1 year and will be automatically renewable every year, save where the parties
to the contract agree to terminate the same with mutual consent.
However any party can
cancel and terminate this agreement anytime by giving a 7-day’s notice to the other
party. This
Agreement
Renewable will be
as per the latest Agent form terms (this
form) published on our website.
Other Termination conditions:
If the Agent becomes inactive and does not correspond or present or forwards any
new business or leads to EWD for a period of 9 months, then
this
Agreement is automatically terminated.
The Agent is considered dead for business. After the termination or expiry of
this Agreement, the Agent will not receive any commission.
Your Agent status may also be cancelled.

If they do not follow our Promotion
instructions, or If you continuously promote incorrectly.
2. If they are violating any rules or regulation.
Confidentiality: The terms of this agreement, and the
details of the properties offered are confidential between the parties and
neither of the contracting parties may divulge the contents without consent in
writing to any other party.

On approval
EWD will send an
Approval
confirmation email to the Agent.
The Agent is eligible to commissions, only after the approval, and confirmation
to Agent. EWD reserves the rights to reject any Agent form or
application. Approval
will be binding between the two parties.
