On completion of the building a lucky draw will be held at the Grand opening function at each location. One owner from among these buyers can be the lucky winner of a Grand Prize: One Mercedez Car S550 or $100,000 in cash in lieu of the car. 100% Condo buyers get 2 draws.  Only for the 100% Condo buyers, a 2nd Free Car draw for One Bentley Flying Spur or $200,000 in cash in lieu of the car. Fractional Parking slot buyers are not eligible for the car draw. 

  
For Lucky Draw Car Gift.

The developers will try to negotiate with the Mercedez Benz to buy the cars at the wholesale price. If unsuccessful, then the developer has the rights to substitute the car to a value of $100,000, and the lucky owner will get  $100,000 cash.

 
     Conditions for eligibility:
  1. 1. Recipient must be a owner of the unit
  2. 2.  Place for delivery of the car  is location of the Condo Hotel only.
  3. 3. Owners need not be present during the Lucky draw function. First prize Winner will be informed by email.
  4. 4. Note for buyers under the installment plan.. All the monthly installments must be received on or before the last day of each month to be eligible for this offer. Any default or delay in installment payments will exclude the owner/buyer from the lucky draw.
