Need programmer for modification of my website.

Website modification of  www.millionads.org  . Mine is a PHP classified Website: It is 80% complete. I have the FTP and source. This is a data base dynamic website. Some pages have live info and some with a refresh button. All the pages and functions are controlled by one database.

This www.millionAds.org  is a totally automatic website. Capable of functioning without the need of human support. It automatically display the Search results. Post the Ads. Show live Ad statistics. Take Auto Push to #1 Orders. Process and verify the Payments. Activate the Push to #1 feature. Posts billing info.  Auto delete old email id's and Ads. Confirm orders and send email via Auto Responders.

Check my website. The whole website has bugs and many areas are not functioning properly. An experienced developer will notice that it needs much improvement.

Modification means deleting, improving, adding new information, pages and features in the whole website. Some of the modifications are very minor and some are complex. But very easy to do for an experienced programmer who really knows his job. You will provide 1 month of after sale service. Payment 80% on completion and delivery.. 20%  on completion of 1 month of after sale service.

I need very clear, clean and transparent communications with you. You will provide me with a copy of the program you will use for modifying the site. I will track, support and help you. For modification i will provide you with all the examples, samples and contents. Every day we must connect with Skype screen sharing . And i will Show and explain you 1-3 pages with examples and samples for modification . You need to work and complete these pages within 1-2 days. Then we move to complete additional pages.
