A Dummy Email has the following
requirements. You can send the email to the dummy email, and
it is not bounced back. We asume. It is delnvered.
However this dummy email is unattended. And NO responses are
received for this email.

list of 200-300 dummy emails will be compiled and stored for
this purpose.
Responder will keep the Dummy list current.
Responder will send every week one blank email to all the
dummy email addresses and remove and delete from the list all
undelivered and bounce back emails.
These Dummy emails are used to send response letters to the
Advertisers. That the Advertiser has received a response
for his Ad.
The dummy email once sent to an Advertiser should not be
repeated. A new dummy email is used each time to an Advertiser.
