2. The execution of this Reservation Agreement does not create a contractual obligation to buy or sell on the part of either the Developer or the prospective Purchaser and the Developer makes no assurance as to the purchase price of the Unit. Either party may cancel this Reservation Agreement without incurring liability to the other, and in the event of such cancellation, the deposit paid by the prospective Purchaser will, upon written request of the prospective Purchaser or of the Developer to the Escrow Agent, be immediately and unqualifiedly returned. In those situations where the prospective Purchaser chooses to request a refund directly from the Escrow Agent, the prospective Purchaser shall also notify Developer of such cancellation in writing. 

3. The prospective Purchaser understands that the Developer is preparing a uniform Purchase Agreement and other Villa and association documents, and the parties acknowledge: 

A. In entering into a binding purchase agreement, or a binding agreement for a lease of more than five (5) years. 

B. The prospective Purchaser has the right to receive copies of all associated documents as required by law. 

C. A uniform Purchase Agreement for the purchase of this/these Unit(s), together with copies of Villa/Lease documents, will be submitted to the prospective Purchaser to be read and be agreed by purchaser.
