Gold Card. |
 Buyers
get Ownership Gold Card. Within 15 days of the grand opening of the
property. All the Condo or Parking slot Buyers
will be issued a 'Owner Gold Card.'
Fractional
Parking slot owners are are not eligible for the Gold Card.
With the Gold Card the
Buyer is recognized as an owner of the property in the hotel. Benefits for the
owner and his family members include stay in our chain of 5 star hotels
worldwide. List of hotels below.
Free stay for 100% Condo owners. 50% discount stay for
20% condo owners or the Parking slot owners. Plus all the owners get 50% discount
at all the other hotel facilities, including restaurants, bars, coffee shops,
club, spa etc The card may be freely used to get a 50% discount at all the hotel
facilities. If the owner sells the property, the Card will expire, and the owner
has to return the card back.

Free stay in our group of 5 star
hotels worldwide:

1. 100% Bjuyer, may use his card for free
stay in his unit or in a 5 star hotel in our group of hotels worldwide, with
limit of 10 days per year stay in each partner hotel.
2. When staying in the
hotel, owners own unit is not making him any rental income. And when not
staying. his own unit is making money for him. Only one or the other. Either
Free stay or rental income.
3.
Advance cards to any one individual
Buyer before the Grand opening date will not be issued. The delivery of the Gold
Card will be within 15 days of the Grand opening.
4. To make a Reservation for free stay, call the
toll-free Central Reservation number printed on your Gold Card. Please note:
Reservations made direct or thru other sources will be charged. They will not be
free.
