120 emails
daily. Aim for 150 to 200. You will probably get 1%

Searching for good email addresses is
very important. That is why we need your help.
Go to search engines like:
www.google.com
www.yahoo.com
www.msn.cm
www.aol.com
www.bing.com
Do a search for Property
Sites, like: Realestate. Property International.
Land for Sale.
etc.
There are over a million property
websites. On each property website, thousands of
properties and land for sale are posted. Go to
these property sites, especially the lands or
unfinished hotels for sale, as this is what we
want, And search for their email addresses. Then
copy and paste and send the above letter to their
email address. Be creative. Better researched email
addresses will give you a higher response rate. This
is what your goal should be.
You can send the letter to Brokers,
Agents, Developers, Builders, Property &
Landowners, Real-estate professionals etc.
Especially if they have land for sale.
DO not collect mass email or email
addresses from a list. These email lists are usually
old and outdated, and may contain emails of people
unrelated to selling of real-estate land and hence
useless for us. We have tried that. Such lists are
junk. Quality of the emails searched is more
important than the number. That is why this job is
available. We request you to spend time and do the
search for fresh and current email addresses.
Your income is from the deals that get happen and done.
So it is in your interest to send the emails
professionally to the most current email addresses
who have land for sale.
Going may be slow at first say 3-4
minutes to send each email. But very soon with
practice you will get better and will be able to
send over 20-30 emails within an hour. If you can
devote 4-6 hours every day, then you can expect to
get a lot of success.
Every day before the start of mailing
send a copy to yourself also. And check if the email
is going alright in form and content. All the photos
are showing up nicely and that no spelling mistakes
have crept in. During the beginning and end of your
mailing, send one email copy to me also. That way I
can track you and guide you if you are sending the
emails correctly, and also help teach you do your
mailing faster and more accurately, and to get
better than the 1% response. A lot depends on the
quality of the emails you generate. Some times you
get lucky and get a complete list of current and
active and fresh emails of real-estate professionals
for the whole country in one place. Our advice is do
not mass email, or you can And will get in problems
with your internet provider. That is for
professionals only. However, If you do mass mailing,
then be sure to send blind copy to each, so the
recipient feels that you have sent the email

That is your big lottery. An average Purchase
or JV deal is about $5 millions. So that could mean
for you, 10%
commissions
of the transaction amount, payable
when the funds are paid to the Landowners.
Assuming you help us do 1
Purchase or JV
deals in a year. It could mean US$ Half million as your commissions on the completed
business.
When 2 or more Agents are working on
the same deal, then the commissions will be split.
Payments: The
commissions are paid to the Representative within
15 days of payment of the funds to the Landowners in
case of JV or land purchase.
Reporting: The
developer undertakes to keep you, the Representative
in the email correspondence loop, or to report to
the Representative the progress of any business
deal on a continuous basis for the emails sent.
Confidentiality:
The terms of this job are confidential between the
parties and neither of the contracting parties may
divulge the contents without consent in writing to
any other party. The representative undertakes not
to sell or provide the email addresses searched and
compiled to any third party.
